Passive Gymnastics

Passive gymnastics is one of the regional slimming treatments and is carried out using a special machine. The device, which works on the principle of electrical muscle stimulation, sends low-voltage electrical currents to the adipose tissue in the target area. Passive gymnastics is not only used for regional slimming, but also for body shaping, hair removal and cellulite treatment.

What is passive exercise and what does it do?

It is well known that the body has both working and non-working muscles. The application makes it possible to mobilise the non-working muscles. The method is basically applied to areas where the fat tissue is dense. Passive gymnasts claim that the application is beneficial for regional thinning. Within the scope of the application, it is basically possible to mobilise the muscles that do not work with the help of radio waves. The gymnastic device ensures that the energy is spent in the area of application.

How and in what areas is passive gymnastics used?

As far as the application of passive gymnastics is concerned, the device is connected to the problematic area by means of pads and the muscles are stimulated to work by means of low-voltage current. By applying the necessary process steps, an effect similar to physical exertion occurs in the relevant area. The use of several pads makes it possible to treat different parts of the body at the same time. In this way, different areas can be treated simultaneously. There are different level options in the unit and the levels are set individually.

Although the number of sessions can vary, it can be said that a treatment of 15 sessions is usually carried out. Each session lasts approximately 30-35 minutes and people can easily return to their daily lives after the treatment.
