The journey of Aktif International Hospitals Group began with the establishment of Yalova Uzmanlar Private Hospital in 1999. It continued in 2010 with the participation of Private Yalova Aktif Hospital and then our third hospital, which was established in 1998 under the name of Yunus Emre Hospital and renamed Hürrem Sultan Hospital in 2020. Private Kocaeli Hospital, established in 2009, was renamed Private Aktif Kocaeli Hospital in 2021, and Vital Hospital in Bahçelievler, Istanbul, joined the group in 2022. With the participation of these last two hospitals, a total of 5 hospitals were brought under a single umbrella in 2023 under the name of Aktif International.
